There is a lot of medication and equipment recommended by doctors that goes uncovered by insurance. Texas assists us with some of these things, but we have set up this fund to help with the rest. We have been very fortunate that Casey has so many caring people that allow us to give her everything she needs.

Medical Team Appreciation Lunch

There are many people involved in keeping Casey healthy(doctors, nurses, therapists, social workers, case managers, pharmacists, etc.). Casey's medical team does a fantastic job. We are planning to host an appreciation lunch for them later this fall.

Enclosed Therapy Pool

Casey goes to Dell Children's Hospital once a week for pool therapy. She LOVES the water. We are currently saving to have an enclosed therapy pool installed at home. Casey loosens up in the warm water. The more often we can get her in the pool the better. Having an enclosed pool at home will enable us to get her in the water all year round.

	This is an example of an enclosed therapy pool. The one Casey gets will not be quite this elaborate - it will be a smaller version probably enclosed on our back porch, but we wanted to give people an idea of what we are referring to.
