Thinking a lot about you guys! Hoping and praying for relief for Casey!
Love you guys very much and thinking of you often. I hope for the best possible outcome for Casey. Never doubt for a second that you are giving her the best quality of life that you can. I hope her doctors have everything they need to care for her, that her body will be strong, that the surgery will go well. Much Love - Erika
I'm so sorry about your foot, Casey. We will see you this weekend and we'll bring some stickers to put on your cast. Elmo is excited about seeing you again. We love you!
Hi casey xx My little boy Jules would like to say hello, he is a grade three HIE survivor xx http://theleysters.blogspot.co.uk/
Hi, Casey! I hope you're doing well today. I just wanted to let you know that Elmo updated her blog last night, and there is a really cute picture of the two of you there. We love you!
Hi, I also had a ruptured uterus. In 1997 I lost my son, Lachlan after 2 days of his birth. I had 2 children previously naturally. I wish your family a very merry Christmas!
Hi! My son Lloyd also has CP and HIE. He is now 10 weeks old. It is so inspiring to see how awesome Casey is doing and I'm getting lots of good ideas to enhance Lloyd's care. Please keep up your blogging and tell Casey "Hi, and keep being such a good role model" from both of us!
My sincerest condolances for the loss of a close family member - I like what you said though, about Grandma now being able to continue to look after Casey although from a different vantage point.
Casey - I love your first day of school outfit! Rachael and Averie always loved camo and it looks good on pretty little girls. I'm so happy you enjoyed your first day of school and hope you have a great year 🙂 Hugs to your mom & dad 🙂
Casey, We had so much fun helping you celebrate your birthday. I cant believe youre actually five years old! What a big girl you are! We are all so proud of you getting to go to school and doing all sorts of "big girl" things. Hope to see you again in a couple of weeks. We love you.
Hi Casey! Just wanted to say hello. I keep Caseys picture on my desk for inspiration and motivation so I think of her often. Happy belated Birthday. I am so excited about her starting school. Keep up the good work Casey! Marty and Tim you are amazing parents. Keep up the awesome job as being parents to a sweet girl.
Hey Guys! I just heard (via Megan!) about the Make a Wish celebration! That is so awesome - I wish I could have been there. They did such an amazing job and it really looked fun. I also love all the new pics of Casey - she really is beautiful and has gotten so big. I can hardly believe it - 4 years already. Love to all of you - hope to see you next time I am in Austin. xoxo.
Casey (Marty & Tim, too) I am so happy that you got your wish day!! You deserve it!! You amaze me every day!! We will have to get together soon so you can tell Averie & Owen all about "Despicable Me". Give your mom a big hug from me and tell her I am thinking about her 🙂
I just came across your blog when looking up Farrell bags. I was thinking I should tell you how much I appreciate your photos and details about the set-up and then took a little more time to visit your blog. Upon reading your entry about Life With a Special Needs Child, I knew I had to sign your guestbook. I can empathize with you, as I too have been called delusional when it comes to my son. I too would rather live in the "delusion" than spend my time wishing away my sons life on what could be
We are so excited about the "Wish" party. We can not wait to see you, Casey (Mom & Dad, too). We love you very much and we are so proud of you and all that you have accomplished. BTW - I think I like elephants a lot now too!
I found your blog by accident when looking up about farrell bags. I have a 2 year old boy with special needs and your blog is a lesson to me to be more positive about our situation as I sometimes find it too easy to focus on the negatives. You are both wonderful parents and Casey is lucky to have you.
I read your latest post today and it made me all teary. I think you guys are amazing for staying so positive and Casey is such a lucky little girl to have such loving parents. We all go through the ups and downs and its not often we like to share the downs... lets admit it..no one really wants to hear it. I love keeping up with Caseys adventures and will continue to for as long as she will let us 🙂
Ditto on Rosalinds comments - God Bless
I for one have not been mislead. I am a parent and a grandparent. I think you are the best parents that God could have given to Casey. Casey is a gift and most of all one of the bravest of Gods children. You are all so lucky and blessed. With all my heart and soul, I love you..Roz ..
Miss Casey, you, your Mommy and your Daddy make me smile. You are a wonderful family, and you inspire me every day!
